His debut at pilsner in Mfalme dj competition may have been the mark of a long term dream come true for joseph Mwenda alias dj joe mfalme.A lad born in 9th December 1987 in Kenya.
With a dream in mind to venture into the music industry at a very tender age ,dj joe mfalme began a self nuture to what he defines was in him ,from listening to pioneers djs of the time such a s dj pinye and other international djs to just replicate their sound and the move of music into his playlist to add to his spinning techniques which he did over and over until he mastered his own excellence in the craft of decks .
Dj joes pursuit in the plisner competition may have rolled the ball in his career since the kenyan based 98.4 capital fm would sign him as a dj notably suggesting that they had foresaw what was in this great young talent.
A year later dj joe mfalme defied all odds by beating all the country's a house hold names djs to walk away with the title of the best media dj of that year something that still stand tall in.
