According to a report by one Oladele Oyelude on Facebook, the arrested man was found with bloody female pant at a checkpoint mounted along Emohua road at Degema axis in Rivers.
The man boarded a bike heading to Degema from Buguma through Obakri junction, when the Okada driver, who was suspicious of the strange calls the man had been making and receiving on their way, stopped at a security checking point to report the man to officers at the military checking point.
