BENUE STATE: EXECUTIVE OFFICER SENTENCED TO JAIL FOR SLAPPING JUNIOR WORKER

A chief magistrate’s at Makurdi, the Benue State sentenced the Executive Secretary of Teaching Service Board, Makurdi, James Pine, to five months  imprisonment with N10,000 fine as an alternative.

The victim`s counsel charged James Pine to court on March, 13, 2016, for assault  and criminal use of force.

Witnesses invited during sessions testified to have seen that the convict slapped and pushed the complainant to the ground.
