Michael Yena is an award winning gospel artist based in the Coastal part of Kenya .
What inspired you to do music.
My personal experience in life with my walk with God has contributed a lot in inspiring my music .
How can you describe your style of music .
I do zouk and worship music.I also plan to venture in other genre soon because I believe am so flexible .
Since your entry into the industry how many songs have you released .
I have released so many but the ones I officially released are seven songs .
What are your main impulses to writing songs.
I write music with inspirations I get from the word of God, mostly.
How would you gauge your music .
I can say I give my best when it comes to my music and I can gauge it to be the best ;God has enabled me to do.

You have a new Jam Kaza Roho ,briefly tell our readers about it .
Kaza Roho, is a song that I believe is a blessing and it will continue to be a blessing to many because it touches on the truth about all ministers at time doing ministry becomes a challenge but I love what the lord Jesus said, he has overcome the world therefore we need to be hopeful no matter the circumstance we find ourselves in .

There is a new song am working on its called Nimejua its a new song in my new album which am working on .I believe its going to be a blessing to many .
Whats the fondest musical memoirs .
I recall a time I stepped into the studio and I was despised on coming out I cried to God asking if it was his will or it was myself forcing into music but I thank God he came through for me .
Whats your advice to aspiring artist .
My advice to them is that they should know God never sleeps and he rewards those who earnestly seek him .
