VLADIMIR PUTIN CONGRATULATES DONALD TRUMP
The Russian President , Vladimir Putin has congratulated US President-Elect, Donald Trump on his victory at the US Presidential election.
In a statement by Putin`s Media Aides, Putin "expressed hope for mutual work on bringing US-Russia relations out of their critical conditions". He also added that building positive dialogues will be good for both countries and the world at large.
