A High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Maitama, Abuja, on Tuesday adjourned till January 18, 2017, the trial of a prominent judge of the Federal High Court in Abuja, Justice Adeniyi Ademola as well as his wife, Olabowale Ademola who is the Head of Service of Lagos State
.
Justice Jude Okeke adjourned the case after the duo were granted bail on Tuesday.
Justice Jude Okeke granted the bail after the couple were charged on 11 counts that included being in possession of firearms without valid licence and receiving gratification of N30m from Joe Agi and Associates, between the period of March 11 and March 26, 2015.
