National Basketball Federation President
Tijjani Umar has revealed that the body plans to promote four teams, while
four will be relegated to junior league, treports says;
Umar made this known on Tuesday when he was briefing the media at the annual board meeting of the federation in Abuja.
According to him, the federation wants
to give more room for up-and-coming basketballers inthe nation.
He added, “We are going to have two teams
relegated from each conference and we will promote two teams from each
conference to the next level, otherwise everyone will get stuck in one
place.
