9ICE : "I want Pastor Adeboye to contest as a President or House of Reps"

Popular singer 9ice in a recent chat with Funmi Iyanda talks about politics, music and creativity.

When asked why he went into politics,
"I've always wanted to be a Lawyer and you and aunty Adesua are the very few that inspired me.
Because from my background it's like you can't be anybody. I didn't have a passport until 2009, my first visa was to the UK.
It's not part of my dream because you are limited by your environment. Those are the issues and they are still there.
I want Pastor Adeboye to contest as a President or House of Reps. These are people we haven't tried."
The 'Gongaso' star also disclosed he once considered not getting married. "There was a time I said I would never get married. But now I know better. Men need marriage."
Special Adviser to the Oyo State governor on Youths, 9ice has got children from three different women. He welcomed his fourth child, a baby girl in 2014 with his fiancé Olasunkanmi Ajala.
His first son, Zion, was born while he was married to his ex-wife Toni Payne in 2008.
