70% OF CHILDREN IN KEBBI NOT IN SCHOOL

The United Nations Children's fund (UNICEF) on Tuesday posits that 70 percent of children in Kebbi state are out of school. At  TOPSTORIES.NG  our correspondent took a bold step by investigating the menace.

After the investigation, we realized that its leaders see no why to schools. If leaders in the state never said "Boko Haram", their action clears all doubt.

We also discover that a group similar to the NE insurgents are gradually recruiting in Kebbi.

As at 2014, they had less than 100 members, as at January 2016, they numbered over 400. They're called Yanlabaiku!

Why worry? They are said to be non-violent, they only swing wives between members and run a simple thrift system. Good right?

But then, we're a very persevering people, we like to wait, to see, to pray - these things away. Then these things we pray away return as explosives. Eventually, then we say "God! But why?"

Why is it  that we were eternally docile. We pass our problems down until it boomerang. Have you seen Kebbi state budget for Education? Okay, never mind.

This is a threat to national security. And we must act fast!
