This was announced officially at a Presidential Economic
Communication Workshop in Abuja by the Senior Special Assistant to the Vice
President on Media, Mr. Laolu Akande, according to him – 200,000 graduates were
chosen in the employment process out of 500,000 applicants.
He
further explained that that out the 200,000 , 150,000 of these selected ones,
will work as Teachers, while 50,000 will work as Agricultural extension
workers.
