The Federal Government has announced through the Deputy Director (Press
and Public Relations), in the Ministry of Education, Ben Goong, that the Joint Admissions and
Matriculation Board as well as stakeholders as stated that separate cut-off marks will emerge for admission into universities,
polytechnics and colleges of education from 2017.
The Ministry of Education has endorsed JAMB`s decision to reduce
its cut-off marks for admission into tertiary institutions.
