ONDO ELECTION: POLICE MEN PROTEST NON-PAYMENT OF ELECTION ALLOWANCE




 There is ongoing protest in Ondo town by men of the Nigeria Police Force, Ondo State, over non-payment of their  allowance for the just concluded gubernatorial  election, which took place on Saturday.

According to  reports, the policemen trooped out to Fagun street in Ondo town ‎chanting solidarity songs to express their dissatisfaction.

There has been traffic-hold up in the town as a result of the event.

It was learnt that the protesters were hostile and consequently did not grant any interview.
