According to a Fox News report, Sylvester Stallone has turned down a White House job offer.
Stallone said he was "flattered" President-elect Donald Trump might be considering him for an administration post, but believes he would be better suited to work for veterans.
"I am incredibly flattered to have been suggested to be involved with the National Endowment of the Arts," Stallone said in a statement Sunday. "However I believe I could be more effective by bringing national attention to returning military personnel in an effort to find gainful employment, suitable housing and financial assistance these heroes respectfully deserve."
It was reported Friday that Trump was considering Stallone to chair the NEA.
